They are plastered everywhere in the buildings in each area, so they should not be too hard to find. The easiest place to interact with the posters of the RIFT Tour is Misty Meadows, and you can see all four poster sites on the map below.

The completion of this quest will not reward you with XP, but you will receive a free spray called RIFT Sterpiece.
