With Spirit - Lucky's great adventure, Bandai Namco Entertainment has implemented the series of the same name as a game. We tested it.

The game starts by lucky finds an old chest in which objects are located, which once belonged to their deceased mother. Central object is a treasure map that sends Lucky, her two girlfriends Abigail and Pru and Spirit on a great adventure. Of course Lucky's great adventure is directed to fans of the series, which are already familiar with the figures.
Simple riding
As a typical game that a younger target group is scorned, Spirit - Lucky's great adventure will play without great entry. I swung me on the horse and already do my first tasks within a very short time. As Open World game, this means that I can explore the world and interact with the different characters. But maybe that's something exaggerated with the characters, because here only a handful of people live and everything seems to be abandoned as a Texan shopping center. However, if you leave the only village in the game, you will be rewarded with a huge landscape world in PS2 optics. The relationship between Lucky and Spirit is always in focus.
So while I gallop from A to B to do my tasks, I must constantly ensure that Spirit says. This is important for the racing units, because of which is only a limited available. Here the control turns out as a particularly hookly. So the few collection objects are hiding in places that can only be achieved by jumping systems. But this is nothing more than low-budget Lara Croft and unfortunately does not work very well.
No HUF No Horse
In addition to the story and the quests, there is not much to experience great adventure in Spirit Lucky's great adventure. In the course of the game, new garments can be unlocked in the course of the game, which Lucky can later find in her wardrobe and attract. Also available will be in the course of the photo mode, where photos of Spirit are in focus. Really many hours, the game itself will not demand the little one. Here, Spirit certainly would have tolerate more hay to have a little more meat on the ribs.

Certainly, however, only those who already stay at the rod who already know the adventures of Lucky and Spirit and love the series. Exactly for this target group, the game is thought, but the few content and the places lazy control is likely to leave some young players frustrated.
