Sony's PSP and PS Vita are still fans who have been sitting on the dry for a long time. A new edition or successor would be very welcome many of you. Considering the fact that the Nintendo Switch is successful and soon the steam deck comes, it does not seem so unlikely that Sony also plans a new handheld. So far, however, there is nothing concrete and these new render images are also fake with security.

That's why it's time: In the net, four pictures make the round, on which a kind of new PSP can be seen. The photos each show a laptop screen on which the PlayStation Portable is visible from different angles. The design works noble and on the screen can be guchet and Clank: Rift Apart recognize. There is also a PSP lettering.

Apparently but unfortunately fake: Simply all these pictures are probably not a real, new PSP of Sony. Instead, a design concept could be seen here, possibly from students. At the bottom left of the corner can be seen on one of the pictures that the project is probably from two people, but the names are not readable.

At the Twitter account The Tech Chap there is another picture to see. This can be examined more from the Ratchet & Clank background, but above in the toolbar two pictures of two people are hidden. In the comments, it is mooded that it could be about the designers. Nevertheless, it remains unclear where the pictures of this PSP come from where.
Unfortunately, we are only to wait and hope that Sony will eventually bring your own new handheld to the market sometime. Until the time has come, we can use either a Nintendo Switch or with the upcoming Steam Deck.
